The item must be unused, undamaged, and with original tags.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you must send the item to our return address (shipping costs to be borne by the customer).
After inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
For exchanges, a replacement item will be sent after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, we will replace it free of charge.
- Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized clothing.
Used, washed, or altered garments.
Items without original packaging or tags.
