- Shipping Areas & Time
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Within Bangladesh: Delivery takes 3-7 business days.
International Shipping: Depending on the country, it may take 7-21 business days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, lockdowns, or other issues).
- Shipping Charges
For metropolitan cities in Bangladesh, shipping fees are lower, while remote areas may have different rates.
For international orders, the customer will bear the shipping cost, which depends on the destination and package weight.
- Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified, and either a refund will be issued or a new delivery time will be provided.
- Courier Partners
In Bangladesh, we use trusted courier services for deliveries.
For international orders, we ship through DHL, FedEx, Aramex, EMS, or other reliable courier services.
- Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to track their package online.
- Delivery Issues & Responsibility
Trendi Metal is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the package is lost or damaged by the courier, we will take appropriate action.
If the customer fails to receive the delivery and the package is returned, an additional shipping fee will apply for reshipping.
- Express Delivery
We offer express delivery services for urgent orders (additional charges apply).
